Terms & Information

  • As we are situated in the jungle it is advised to wear closed shoes at all times.

  • No food (either brought by the guests or room service) is allowed in the rooms to avoid entry of rodents and subsequently snakes.

  • As per the forest department rules, mobile phones are strictly NOT ALLOWED during the jungle safari. Mobiles must be kept in a box with the guide or have to be kept in your room/reception. So please bring your own cameras.

  • Camouflage & nature/earth colored clothes are advised both at the resort and in the jungle.

  • Please carry essentials like sun block lotion, hats, caps, sun glasses, scarves and appropriate swimwear.

  • We provide safe, clean, purified, bottled RO water in our rooms in our endeavor to minimize usage of plastic. Tadoba is a PLASTIC FREE zone. So we do not provide plastic mineral water bottles. Please do not bring them along with you as well, reason being we won't be able to dispose them in Tadoba.

  • Mobile Networks available: VI & Jio. But being in a remote and forest area network is often an issue.

  • Being situated amidst the jungle, we do not permit playing of either personal or high decibel music at the resort.

  • Please enjoy the music we have selected in keeping with the mood and sanctity of the jungle and more importantly, the silence of the wild.

  • All our units are Strictly Non Smoking and we have a designated area for smoking. This is extremely critical in view of the dry bamboo terrain which can be highly inflammable.

  • No accompanying staff, visitors or outside guests are allowed on the property.

  • Any extras apart from AP Plan (Breakfast, Lunch, Hi-Tea & Dinner) that are ordered at the resort will be payable at the resort prior to check out.

  • Extra Activities if required will incur an additional charge. Please contact the reservations  for the availability of activities while booking your rooms.

  • Conference Room Facilities are available at additional charges.

  • Important: Mobile phones are no longer permitted in the Tadoba Forest so please bring your cameras* & binoculars along.

Payment Terms

STAY & TRANSFERS

  • 25% on confirmation & prior to booking of Safaris

Balance Payment:

  • For bookings made more than 60 days prior to arrival: Remaining Balance to be cleared 15 days prior to arrival.

  • For bookings made between 0-60 days prior to arrival: Remaining Balance to be cleared after Safari Booking Confirmations.

SAFARIS

  • 100% to be paid in advance prior to booking of Safaris.

  • All safari bookings are subject to availability and Government Rules. Limban Resorts will not be held responsible for ensuring safari confirmation.

  • Safaris are Non-transferable & no add-ons are permitted by the Forest Department.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

STAY & TRANSFERS

  • If cancellations are made between 0 to 15 days prior to arrival the total amount will be non refundable instead we can offer an extension for your booking for a validity of 6 months. Please Note: Extended booking cannot be availed on Festive Dates.

  • If cancellations are made between 60 or more days prior to arrival 10% of the total amount will not be refundable.

  • Preponing or postponing dates after initial confirmation of booking will be possible depending on the availability of the rooms (Not Applicable for festive dates)

  • Note: Safari dates cannot be preponed or postponed.

SAFARIS

  • Cancellations of Safaris are non refundable as per the government. Date Change/Reschedule/Transfer of Safari is not permitted by the TATR Government Authority.
